We formulate and manufacture ready-to-use silicone compounds in accordance with the technical characteristics required by the application and the customer, such as: hardness, density, breaking load, elongation, tear resistance, fire resistance, oil resistance, etc.
We develop, produce and market technical components made of solid silicone and silicone sponge using extrusion and moulding: hoses, gaskets, profiles and technical parts. We develop, implement and carry out various value-added production processes (cutting, marking, die-cutting, gluing, joining (e.g. butt jointing) for O-rings, vulcanised frame joints in corners, etc.) with our own staff and resources.

We have our own laboratory that has various control and measurement equipment capable of reproducing tests according to different regulations (ISO, EN, ASTM, VDE, NF, BS…).

We have a large storage capacity that guarantees order and efficiency in the handling of materials. Our storage system includes vertical cabinets, designed to maximize the available space, allowing optimal organization and easy access to products.
In addition, our dynamic shelves offer the necessary flexibility to adapt to the different dimensions and quantities of packaging, facilitating a more agile and effective logistics process.
We have two locations with 9,000 m2 of surface area, in Gipuzkoa and Barcelona.
